PPG's Deltron Paint Mixing and Refinishing System
We utilize PPG's Delton Paint Mixing and Refinishing System. All are mixed in the premises utilizing the state of the art computerized PPG Access System to ensure proper color match.
We use the CCC Pathways v4.0 for Windows for Estimating system with the digital imaging for accurate and precise estimates. Digital and regular 35mm photo documnetation is done on site for estimates and supplement records
Frame Measurement is done with the use of a state of the art 3D measuring system "The Touch" for accurate pulls.
Lincoln MIG Welding Machine Augmenting our welding hardware, we also have five Lincoln Electric MIG welding machines.
AVEL AUTOWORKS is a full service auto body shop located in downtown Jersey City, at the corner of First Street and Luis Munoz Marin Boulevard. The shop has served this location for almost 20 years. We are licensed by the state of New Jersey to operate under license number 03241. The shop facilities sits on 32,000 sq ft property and the actual repair area is 7,000 sq. ft. The Body shop is equipped with a Black Hawk Power Pro 360 Twin Towers .
